Initial Zoom Call (30–45 min)
Custom Proposal
You get 1–2 tailored itinerary options with pricing, sample daily plans, lodging/guide/heli or lift details, and add ons (AIARE refresh, rental gear, cultural days).
Booking & Payment
Approve the plan, sign the trip agreement/waivers, and pay the deposit to lock in dates, guides, lodging, and permits (final balance due per schedule).
Confirmations & Prep Packet
We send packing lists, fitness/skills prep, visa/entry and travel-insurance guidance (including rescue/med-evac) and weather/avalanche resources.
Logistics Build Out
We coordinate local partner guides, in country transport, hut/boat/lodge details, dietary notes, contingency plans, and safety comms.
Final Check In (7–10 days out)
Quick Zoom to review conditions, refine objectives, confirm flight details, and answer last minute questions.

Meet on site, gear check, safety briefing, daily planning with local guides, then shred!
